In late 2018 I was heading back to Pittsburgh to play a show with some friends. I was going to be playing solo and so I started spending some time with my guitar and singing songs that had stuck with me through the years. This track is a 30 min stream/meditation/medley of songs, half of which I wrote, half of which were written by others. The covers are songs I admire very much, and 2 were written by dear friends of mine from Pittsburgh. This recording was made from a rehearsal in preparation for a show at Brillobox, Pittsburgh, December 2018. This is not the identical set from that evening, but it is something I have revisited over the last few years and have decided to share it.
